About Me

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked with diverse populations and issues, which brings both depth and perspective to my work as a therapist. My own journey through therapy is what led me to this path. I grew a strong passion for helping others work through their own challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating life with ADHD, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. I strive to create a collaborative, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I draw from evidence-based approaches and stay committed to ongoing learning so I can offer thoughtful, effective care tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside the therapy room, I recharge by spending time outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and befriending every animal that crosses my path. I believe in the healing power of nature, laughter, and authentic connection with others.
